ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Rosedale Group needed high thermal characteristics for their new truck dock transfer facility, but they also wanted the final look to be attractive. We were able to provide both by using a mix of architectural and insulated concrete precast panels. In just four weeks we engineered and manufactured highly insulated (R15) panels for the transfer facility and architectural panels for the office. After 10 days of installation the new building was complete, with the panels a grey colour and a light sandblast finish. The thermal mass characteristics from this product are unmatched by any other material, meaning more energy savings over the life of this building for The Rosedale Group.
